By accessing or using Audifile, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Audifile provides AI-powered audio transcription services through web upload and WhatsApp integration. We use OpenAI's Whisper technology to convert audio to text.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account using Google OAuth to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that violates any laws or rights
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Share your account with others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar.sh. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. Usage limits reset monthly based on your plan.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to your audio files and resulting transcriptions. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or generate through our service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Audifile is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
