  • Account information (email, name) via Google OAuth
  • Audio files you upload for transcription
  • Phone numbers you register for WhatsApp transcription
  • Usage data and transcription history

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our transcription services
  • Process your audio files using AI transcription
  • Send transcriptions via WhatsApp when requested
  • Track usage for billing purposes
  • Communicate service updates

3. Data Processing

Audio files are processed using OpenAI's Whisper API. Files are temporarily stored during processing and deleted immediately after transcription is complete. We do not retain your audio files.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We use secure cloud infrastructure provided by Vercel and Neon.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google OAuth for authentication
  • OpenAI for AI transcription
  • WhatsApp/Meta for messaging
  • Polar.sh for payment processing
  • Vercel for hosting
  • Neon for database

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us. You can also export your transcription history from your dashboard.
